Since its inception in 2006, ICAR has undergone tremendous changes in its management set up to cater for the ever increasing demands for its services. It has been shouldering greater and more demanding responsibilities in the past years. This is attributed to the increase of book readers and the need to monitor and provide a more efficient and effective services to the Muslim Ummah.

It is our mission to provide quality services in all aspects of Islamic activities; and also to facilitate the Arabic Language teaching and learning process that are compatible with world class universities. It is our promise to provide friendly, efficient and effective services to our brothers.
